Tanya is mostly known as the drunken primary school teacher Karen in the award winning BBC comedy series PULLING, and Rainie in EASTENDERS. Other TV credits include Dolly in HOTEL TRUBBLE (CBBC), guest leads in ASHES TO ASHES (BBC) and SKINS (Ch4), Sandra in THE CUP (BBC), DCI Morell in THE BILL (ITV), and Karen in FAMILY AFFAIRS (Five).
Her many years in theatre include playing leading roles at the Royal National Theatre, the West End in Steven Berkoff’s 25th Anniversary production of EAST, Manchester Royal Exchange, and regional reps.
Tanya is founder and creative-producer of Stock-pot Productions, having written and produced three short films including ONE DAY (Kodak Best Short Film Finalist 2007).
