New clients are required to pay in advance, otherwise payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 100%

We are not responsible for any material recorded or not recorded in the event of an absent client.

Obtaining consent and permissions, payment of copyright fees etc is the responsibility of the client.

We do not post to external FTP sites. Included FTP delivery will be via the Hobsons FTP server.
