Booking & Rates

£100 per hour inclusive there are NO extra charges.

 
Includes delivery via FTP or CDRom/DVDRom 
ISDN calls must be incoming to avoid a charge of network rate plus 20%. 
TBU calls must be incoming to avoid a £10 charge. 
Excludes any postage or courier charges. 
Overtime outside of business hours (9am-6pm) incurs an additional charge of £50 per hour. 
Prices are exclusive of VAT
 


Our Bookings work on a 'Pencil and Confirmed' system:

Initial enquires may result in time being 'Pencilled' i.e. provisionally booked. When dates and times are agreed, the booking is then understood to be 'Confirmed'.

We will need the following details:
- time and date of session
- a job title
- names of any people attending
- any special requirements e.g. sound effects

Scripts
It is preferable to email a copy of the scripts in plenty of time so we can print/photocopy them for you.

Unattended?
It's always best to be present, but if you cannot attend or listen to your recording we must point out that we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy in your absence.
