Half Scottish and half Italian, Pablo spent the first ten years of his life in Rome. He then moved to London with his family, until his degree in European Law directed him to Bristol University. On returning to London to attend law school he secured employment at the city law firm Clifford Chance. An inspired change of career however saw Pablo turn his hand to teaching English as a foreign language, with a view to indulging his passion for travel.
He worked as a Tour Manager and Coordinator of travel programmes in a number of European destinations. He was subsequently posted in Florence for two years where he ran an Italian life and culture programme.
However, his long-term fascination with film and television came to the fore, as he directed a number of short promotional films for the study travel programmes that he organised. Readily taking the role of interviewer in these films, the idea dawned that he could work as a presenter. A number of minor television appearances confirmed his skills in front of the camera and opportunities both on Italian and UK television have subsequently convinced him to step full-time into the presenting arena.
