"I would advise all potential future candidates to apply! Only positives can be gained from the experience. It is definitely an area of voice work that schools should invest more time in, as it requires a lot of skill and has the potential to be very lucrative for an actor!

On the day, everyone was so friendly and put me instantly at ease, allowing me to focus on the performance without putting a major amount of pressure on me! The direction and criticism offered by the judges throughout the recording session was always constructive and helpful - I have found their advice invaluable!

It was lovely to get behind the mic in a professional studio and get an actual feel for demands of this kind of work and no matter what the outcome of the competition I will definitely pursue a career as a voice-over artist. Thank you Hobsons!"
